Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford Conference Centre ON

We stayed here while attending a conference at the hotel next door (sister hotel). We had a king room and it was very comfortable, clean. Very good linens, lots of pillows, nice sized TV and a pull out couch. The walk in shower was large enough for two and had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The amenities were pretty good and included shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and moisturizer lotion. The room had a microwave and fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was included and consisted of pemeal bacon (big plus), sausage, eggs (shredded cheese and who doesn't love cheese), croissants, breads, bagels, short bread cookies, yogurt, cereals, two types of make your own waffles with a good assortment of toppings, juices, coffee and tea etc. Coffee and tea are provided 24 hours as well as lemon water. We didn't use the pool but it looked decent. There was a bar that was open until 2:00 am (they sold alcoholic beverages) which you could drink in the lobby seating area or take to your room. The front desk staff were fantastic and there was plenty of free parking. The only downside is it's about a 10 minute drive to the city centre with no walkable restaurants or shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

My in-laws recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hilton, and the experience was outstanding. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Ms. Mandy and Ms. Priyanka, who went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The room service was excellent as well. As the saying goes, “First impression is the best impression,” and from the moment you enter the hotel, the warm and professional welcome from Mandy and Priyanka sets the perfect tone. I stayed at this hotel last week. Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is super good. And lots of items. Coffee is always there complimentary. Pool is good and temperature is maintained. Only issue i had first room I got had big bug in bed. They gave me different room in 2 mins . Mandy is good. She offered me water and chocolate when I checked in second time but nothing was offered first time checking in .

Perfect location for our needs after flying into Hamilton Airport. Great service, cleaning staff did a wonderful job and the breakfast included with our stay had everything you could want!

This hotel was clean, and the staff was adequately friendly; however, the location is a significant drawback. The property is situated in an industrial area surrounded by manufacturing and warehouse buildings, with no nearby restaurants, stores, or even a gas station. The closest ones are roughly four miles away. The hotel, which opened in 2009, is beginning to show its age. The room furnishings and finishes had noticeable nicks and scratches, and the plastic light switch and outlet covers were faded and yellowed. There were no power outlets or USB ports on one side of the bed, requiring me to unplug the alarm clock just to charge my phone on my nightstand. I also requested a late checkout (standard checkout is 11:00 a.m.), which was initially denied despite my Hilton Honors Diamond status—disappointing for a loyalty benefit that is supposed to add value. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and I would consider returning, but some aspects of this property fall short and would benefit from meaningful updates.

Absolutely loved our experience here!! The staff is so nice, accommodating and friendly! Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Shower is nice and hot. The location is ok, not much around, but the hotel offers beer, wine and snacks to buy. Two suggestions..room wasn't spotless as the door in the bathroom was stained with something. After we complained, they offered us a new room and came up to clean it immediately. Could use a Super Charger for cars. Great service. Excellent coffee as well.

The warm and relaxing atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the overall service throughout our stay was outstanding—we felt genuinely valued as guests.
